About Emma Bailey

Often life can be hard, daunting and uncomfortable; things that have happened to you in the past may have caused pain and confusion; you may be anxious or depressed. You may be hesitant and afraid to discuss those emotions or unable to give them a name. As a qualified person-centred counsellor I can give you the space and empathy to explore your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Counselling for you, this is Your Time.

As a survivor of sexual abuse you may be tired of fighting the feelings of shame and feel ready to start living in the moment. As a person who has had a difficult pregnancy/birth, suffered a miscarriage or stillbirth, chosen a termination for whatever reason, or be child free by choice and feeling judged, you may need a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental, space to talk.

I am warm, open and genuine, and I have the strength, courage and empathy to be with you while we explore how your feelings and experiences have shaped your life, and whilst you decide where you want to go next. I am trained in Person-Centred counselling which means that you truly are the centre of all the work we undertake together, this is your time.
