About Emma Page
Sometimes life can be really challenging.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for you to explore what you are going through, find coping strategies, work through feelings, and find understanding.
You don’t have to cope alone.
Whether you are feeling alone, going through a stressful situation, finding it hard to manage, wanting to make change in your life, trying to live with past trauma or simply don’t know how you feel - talking to someone can help you figure it out.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for you to explore what you are going through and try to find a way forwards. From my own experience, I know how crucial it can be to feel heard and truly understood and how healing it can be to work through things with a professional.
I am an integrative counsellor, offering a relational approach through which we can explore the present, the past and the future. I am experienced in working with trauma, attachment, self-esteem and self-image, depression, anxiety, grief, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and relationship issues, and I value and respect diversity in our communities.
If you are looking for short-term exploration, regular long-term support, or just want to check in with how you feel about your life, I could be the right counsellor for you.
